Feeling better......
We'll after eating so much sugar last three to four weeks! Ugh...candy cookies ect.... I started back this Monday No sugar!! I personally do better if I stay away from sugar!! Today I can tell my workout was so much better!! Not so sluggish I don't want to waste time working out I want it to count!! Love that we can get back on track and realize we feel better when we eat healthy!!! <3

Um....food for thought!!
I've been to relaxed on my food of choice....cAnDy! This is an eye opener!! Takes 21 days to break that habit!! Gonna be tough 21 days!! Gotta get rid of the sugar cravings! Been starting (again) bad habits!
