INSANITY!!

I survived!! but...WOW!! In about 40 mins I burned 339 calories!! I was not gonna as fast/strong as they were BUT.. Lord willing I'll get there!! Day 1 plyometric cardio circuit!!

Kale!!

Lets see if this will come out right!! I prepared like "tony Horton" said to do it!! Cut of the "stick" part and threw that away. Then I cut the "green leaf" a little and "RUBBED" olive oil on the leaves. Cooking it at 260 degrees!!

Workout Wednesday!!!

What was or will be your workout choice for today??
I did 65 mins on treadmill, 5 miles ( ran 3.75) picture shows my steps before I officially start my day!! Goal should be 10K for the day!!
PtL don't let days go by without taking time to care for body, eat right and exercise!
Love on your family!! But most of all thank and praise The Lord that gave you lasting life if you accept Christ as Savior!!

Muscle Monday!!!

I tend to focus on lots of CARDIO!! Which is good except... Need to add in STRENGTH TRAINING!! Building muscle helps you KEEP burning fat even when your not working out.

You're going to start with weight training, which is like the fountain of youth, an anti-gravity miracle that helps tighten and tone your body from head to toe. When you add more lean muscle to your frame, your metabolism increases even more. That means you'll burn more body fat, even while at rest....Jamie Easton

I'm working on doing strength training along w/ cardio! (Turbo Fire , walking, running, cycling ect...) I like workout videos that use muscle confusion! (P90X)

SPINACH!!

If you want to get a full serving of spinach!! This is 3oz, or 2 cups, or 85 grams!! Make sure you measure to count as a serving!! I love to add it into my smoothies!! How do u eat spinach!!??

fabulous fiT fRidAy!!

Do you have any fitness goals for today? if so DiD you acomplish them already? if not then there is time still left in the dAy!! I started my day off with the alarm clock chiming in at 4:20 am! off to the gYm with my hubby (which I love so much!!) did the treadmill on an incline of 7 and walk a slow steady pace! Yes Jillian i did hold on to the hand rails!! I've been fighting off and on being sick ugh! Then I did the row machine, which is used alot on the biggest loser, for 10 mins. then the stairs for 7 minutes. I ran out of time!! Dropped my Hubby off at work. Then I pulled out the "mother of all exercise " (Tony's words!!) Ployometics!! jump training!! heard of it?? real beneficial to any and all your types of workouts! then last but not least Turbo Fire 15 HiiT workout!! will explain that (HiiT)  in a later post.
My Passion is to learn and teach fitness!! and to help others! bear w/me while i "tweak" what works best for me and sharing w/ others!
I went back to what I know worked best for me and that was being a TEAM BEACHBODY COACH (if interested push the side bar on the right and it will go to my web site!!) and using the products from them! so join me, or watch from the sidelines and jump aboard at any time!!
