Is in training......

Stayed tuned!!! Day one of the 30 day shred!!! Plus 7 mile walk!! I'm sure I won't be sitting real easy tomorrow!!! My two new tools I'll be following!!! Time to take it to the next step in my eating!! And my exercise!! What's your plan??

Yep....

So thankful I get to get back on track!! It's been 20 days and NO SUGAR!! PTL I was able to run/walk 9 miles yesterday and felt real good! Heading out the door now ready to get lost in hearing Kenny Baldwin preach and get back on track w my running!!
