A new journey🐢

Hello....been a long time😁 I've been on a journey and went the wrong way..health wise..it's always been my desire to help others in their journey, I just lost myself on the way! My FAITH in JESUS💚 is great! But my health, weight, and workouts are not so great😓 I'm ready for a new beginning and want to share it here!☑️ It is my desire for this page, to be a place where we can come together, share, ask questions and motivate each other! California Vacation w/ the Cuthbertson's!!

Been having a great time in California!! Hubby and I arrived on Aug 14!! Flew in and headed straight to SanDiego Zoo!! We had a wonderful time! From then on we were able to have some good quality time w Lauren and Beau!! I loved walking behind Lauren and watching her "waddle"!! We saw pictures of her during her pregnancy But seeing her in person was "priceless"!! Due date came and gone!! (Aug22)  we started to get nervous about the plan of action the doctors wanted to take w/ Lauren's due date passed....said we had to wait a week and 4 days! So....induction was scheduled for Monday night Sept 2 at 7 pm!! Sounds great except Jhon was do to leave on fri at 2 and my hubby on Tues!! Well we know The Lord is in total control and Guinevere!! So on Thur evening as we were at Charlie and Kim's house contractions started!! Guinevere came at 9:55 am on Friday morning!! She allowed her "Uncle Jhon" to see her real quick before he left for the airport! Her grandpa was able to spend the weekend plus Monday w/ her!! God is so very good!! Still praising God with yet another blessing my hubby made it back home!
Didn't have a weights here at the house so hubby and I were able to "run/walk" outside almost every day!! What a blessing!!


  But thru all that my Pastor has been very sick with Fever now more than 2 weeks. He is still sick and weak Please keep him in your prayers!
 I still get to be here one more week her w my girls....Lauren and Guinevere!! 
Checking in on my food...haven't done real bad but haven't done super good either! But trying to make good choices!! Was on a sugar cleanse before I came but about a week and a half into being here I ate some sugar, now have had some on several occasions :( Started to get back on watching sugar and reading the info on "21 day Sugar Detox". I do know when I stay away from sugars I tend to be better about making good food choices plus I feel way better!! Would love some partners along with me on the Detox!! 
I want to get back to "blogging" and researching food!!

Need motivation?? Hopefully.....

I want to help motivate and encourage good health! This helps me to stay on track,also!! Please feel free to join in and add some comments and likes! I will plan on adding a workout of the day here as well as a challenge we can all strive to do over a months time! I did do the leg workout and about to do the "Burpee" challenge day 1. Athletic performance!

I've been searching, asking, trying new products since my first trainer (3yrs ago) told me about N.O. Xplode a pre workout drink! Your suppose to switch it up after using it for a while. I've tried ALL sorts of drinks asked lots of people! All that to say...those of u who know me know how hard the last Year and half has been with weight gain and not having the ENERGY to RUN! Well thanks to Christina B who told me about SPARK and O2GOLD! And sharing her friend Ruth w me!! 
Wow really has helped me needless to say my running miles and time speak loudly! Today I ran 5 miles in one hour and a few minutes! Haven't done that in like 2 years! Some of u might say "here she goes again" but that's okay because I found a product and a company that works for ME!! PtL! So...If anyone is interested please message me, call me whatever you know my heart and passion is to help others! Looking forward to getting on more supplements and see how much better I can get! Are you a "weekend waister" (pun intended)

How are you on the weekends?? Are you like me lately where you "waist" away all your hard work in the week to "blow" it on the weekend?? The big saying going around is......Abs are made in the kitchen!! I have NOT been being consistent at all!! Time for me to get sEriOUs!!! real sEriOUs!!! Lets get started on this 21days to change or make a new habit!! How many said they wanted to loose weight for the summer?? On APRIL 22 it will be 60 days till SUMMER!! That's a good day to start!!

I taught in weight watcher meetings that we need to plan a"CHEAT MEAL" not a Cheat DAY!! I have my daughter coming in this next week and we have a few treats scattered through a few days!! I have to pick and choose what "treats" I'm indulging on!! hELp!!

I'm behind because of the rainy weather on Thur. We didn't have boot camp! As of Wednesday afternoon ALICE lost 9 lbs!! She is doing great!! Making great fOOd choices and pushing hard each time @ sTg boot camp!! I'm so proud of her!! Next week an update on AliSon!!

Can't wait!!

Can't wait to share sTg Boot Camp results on Thursday!! So proud of Alison, Alice and Richard!! Stay tuned.....

It takes 21 days to make or break a habit!!

Try to work in a NEW VEGETABLE AND OR FRUIT this week and share how you liked it!! Or try cooking your vegetable different or eating it raw!! Share your results!!

Remember to TRACK YOUR FOOD!! there is a lot of different types of apps, if you have a "smart" phone!! Examples: my fitness pal, or diet snaps so you can track with pictures and you can "time stamp" it! And then you have a visual of all the things you ate!! I use both apps! Also on the diet snaps you can track and take a picture of your workout. Example: I do 30 mins on the stairs at the gym I can take a picture of the "machine" and can capture my stats also! If you walk out side take a picture of your feet!! And track your time /miles!! Hope this helps! Have a great evening.

FiT fRidAy!!!

Ready for the weekend?? We're you able to FiT in some kind of FiTNeSS!!!?? What was your workout of choice todAy? I stayed home, yea!, slept in, got a 4 mile walk in!! I ordered something today I'm very excited about today!! (Thanks babe!!) will share next week when it arrives!! Can't wait to share because oh how it can add fUn to your workouts!!
I'm planning on date night w/ my hUbBY!!
Bus visiting on sAt!! Please pray we find MORE kids to bring to church!! Also if any one wants to "donate" candy for the bus kids, to hand out on Sat, Easter Candy is on sale!!! They love to get candy then we're able to share the gospel and hopefully pick up for church!!
Ready for LAUREN to come for visit and for GUINEVERE's baby shower!! Any one buying a gift can have it mailed to her house, bring to shower, or gift cards(or $!) any and all will be a blessing!! She is registered at Target & babies r us. Invitations mailed out let me know if your didn't make it!!
