Day 12!! Food choices!!!

Started the day w a jog!!finished off w a Walk!! Had protein waffles, off to Susan's to share a shake w Jan! Went to Dr. Hinson's for Isidro's appt! The good Doc gave us a protein bar!! Picked up Selah and Nehemiah!! When home made a smoothie w my Vi mix then cooked supper finished off w a treat Coconut Vi shake w pineapples!! Yum!! Grandpa about to make popcorn!!,for the kids! Thanks Candi for the help during Bath time!!
