ThankfUl thUrsday!!

How is your day so fAr?? Did you accomplish everything this morning that you planned or hoped to accomplish?? Did you spend some time w The Lord?? Focus today spending time on being thankfUl for the things God has given yoU!! How was that morning exercise you planned on doing this morning?? We're you able to do it?? Isidro and I spent time this morning lifting weights!! Lots of arms and squats! We added in doing the "rope"! Wow what a great tool! Come to boot camp and try it out!! Today is the last day for this week of boot camp!! Come at 4 or a little after, we have "stations" set up so you can join in at the time you get here.

1. Trans fat, aka hydrogenated oils. Trans fats, used to enhance and extend the shelf life of food products, are among the most dangerous substances you can consume. Found in: any vegetable oil that has been hydrogenated (hydrogenated soybean oil, hydrogenated safflower oil, etc.), margarine, chips and crackers, baked goods, and most fast foods.”
