I tend to focus on lots of CARDIO!! Which is good except... Need to add in STRENGTH TRAINING!! Building muscle helps you KEEP burning fat even when your not working out.

I'm working on doing strength training along w/ cardio! (Turbo Fire , walking, running, cycling ect...) I like workout videos that use muscle confusion! (P90X)
