What was or will be your workout choice for today??
I did 65 mins on treadmill, 5 miles ( ran 3.75) picture shows my steps before I officially start my day!! Goal should be 10K for the day!!
PtL don't let days go by without taking time to care for body, eat right and exercise!
Love on your family!! But most of all thank and praise The Lord that gave you lasting life if you accept Christ as Savior!!
