fabulous fiT fRidAy!!

Do you have any fitness goals for today? if so DiD you acomplish them already? if not then there is time still left in the dAy!! I started my day off with the alarm clock chiming in at 4:20 am! off to the gYm with my hubby (which I love so much!!) did the treadmill on an incline of 7 and walk a slow steady pace! Yes Jillian i did hold on to the hand rails!! I've been fighting off and on being sick ugh! Then I did the row machine, which is used alot on the biggest loser, for 10 mins. then the stairs for 7 minutes. I ran out of time!! Dropped my Hubby off at work. Then I pulled out the "mother of all exercise " (Tony's words!!) Ployometics!! jump training!! heard of it?? real beneficial to any and all your types of workouts! then last but not least Turbo Fire 15 HiiT workout!! will explain that (HiiT)  in a later post.
My Passion is to learn and teach fitness!! and to help others! bear w/me while i "tweak" what works best for me and sharing w/ others!
I went back to what I know worked best for me and that was being a TEAM BEACHBODY COACH (if interested push the side bar on the right and it will go to my web site!!) and using the products from them! so join me, or watch from the sidelines and jump aboard at any time!! Would love some feedback and questionS!!
