Can't wait!!

Can't wait to share sTg Boot Camp results on Thursday!! So proud of Alison, Alice and Richard!! Stay tuned.....

It takes 21 days to make or break a habit!!

Try to work in a NEW VEGETABLE AND OR FRUIT this week and share how you liked it!! Or try cooking your vegetable different or eating it raw!! Share your results!!

Remember to TRACK YOUR FOOD!! there is a lot of different types of apps, if you have a "smart" phone!! Examples: my fitness pal, or diet snaps so you can track with pictures and you can "time stamp" it! And then you have a visual of all the things you ate!! I use both apps! Also on the diet snaps you can track and take a picture of your workout. Example: I do 30 mins on the stairs at the gym I can take a picture of the "machine" and can capture my stats also! If you walk out side take a picture of your feet!! And track your time /miles!! Hope this helps! Have a great evening.
